The Fri Aug 5 event is an art and beer release meet & greet with the band. Not a performance. The beer is a special IPA release named “Party At Ground Zero.

The print I am releasing with Fishbone that is based on my massive 6 ft x 16 ft painting This print will be available to purchase in person this Fri, Aug 5th starting at 6PM at Fall Brewing Company in North Park, San Diego where the original painting will also be on view. The remaining prints will go on sale online the following day, Saturday Aug 6th at 10AM PST

Print measures 17” x 42” (including borders) - printed on fine art matte paper (edition size tbd but will be announced before they go on sale) As always, we are keeping the cost of the print as low as possible - Prints will cost $60 ea and will be sold first come first serve with a maximum of three prints per customer I will be signing this print in person with Fishbone at the event Fall is also releasing Party At Ground Zero West Coast IPA at the event

Tisa Zito on March 28, 2020 ; "Two years ago I had the honor of meeting @drmaddvibe at a show Fishbone played in Utah. At that time I was feeling deeply uninspired in my new surroundings. Within just a couple minutes of talking with Angelo, I knew I had to make a film about him. This has been a marathon, far surpassing any hours and money I’ve ever put into a project thus far in my career. I decided I wanted to Produce, Direct, DP, and Edit this film. I want to thank everyone who supported me with encouragement, interviews, footage, photos, funds, and feedback."
AMAZING PERFORMANCE and interview of fishbone in Japan, I think done in february 1992 (not sure of the year : it's strange there's Kendall but not Chris !). Incredible intro to this video ! Including a TV perfomance of Sunless Saturday for this Japanese show. "Introducing FISHBONE, directed by Tsuyoshi Takashiro EX TV". First time I see this.

Cancellation of the show opening for Mr Bungle on Sept 17, 2021 @ the Radius.
Due to mental health reasons Mike Patton had to cancel all his shows of september and october of Mr Bungle and Faith No More. So the show with fishbone opening for Mr Bungle, at the Radius on September 17 in Chicago, is cancelled.

Trevor Dunn, Mike Patton and Trey Spruance are showing some love for Fishbone. And now Scott Ian from Anthrax, another Fishbone soldier, is playing rhythm guitar with Mr Bungle !
“Fishbone was one of a handful of bands that made the effort to stop in Humboldt County to play a show on their way between SF and Portland. We, of course, knew their 1985 EP, and as a bunch of post-metal metal heads exploring other musics, that EP was crucial. Then there were the live shows. Holy smoke. Probably safe for me to personally say that Fishbone is the best live band ever. In the '80s they would play the Old Town Bar & Grill (no longer in existence) and we ended up having the chance to hang with them a bit. Probably a year after we gave Angelo an original copy of our first demo (The Raging Wrath...) they returned to Eureka and he told us that he would write lyrics while listening to it. None of us ever forgot that. “ - Trevor

Fishbone will play on Sunday May 30, 2021 at Back To The Beach at Big Surf Waterpark in Tempe, Arizona. Fishbone is headlining this one day fest. There will also performances by Ozomatli, 2 Tones Lizard Kings and Wade Cota. The doors will open at 2:00PM and show will start at 2:30PM. The festival will finish at 7:45PM. Due to Covid, the festival has limited capacity.
Kendall Jones, the original guitar player and last original member to have yet to rejoin Fishbone, played with his former band members for a one-off performance at a private show for Alice in Chains' Facelift 30 year anniversary. This happened at Third Encore Room in North Hollywood on Oct 29th 2020. It is yet unclear if this will lead to more collaboration between Kendall and Fishbone. Let's hope for the best!
