This was distributed by the band, the sleeve says "Volume 1 - The Good Ol Shit" but there was never a Volume 2, to our knowledge. It contains 7 live songs mixed with interview snippets from the GAMAB sessions era, followed by three official video clips (Swim, Unyielding Conditionning, Servitude). The live clips are from the shows at Mississippi Nights (11/04/1986) (Another Generation, When Problems Arise, Party at Ground Zero), New Music Nights (07/18/1990) (Skankin' to the Beat, Ugly) and an unidentified venue probably around 1989 (Bonin' in the Boneyard, Fishbone is Red Hot)
