I saw this show in Philly. It was at Temple University’s Spring Fling concert, Apr, 1988. Fishbone rocked and then when it was time for RHCP, there was an annoucement that »Anthony » was sick and couldn’t play ? The guys from Fishbone came up on stage to jam . Hillel Slovak was on stage, but barely moved. He looked like he wasn’t « there » ? Two months later he OD’d ? Flea did the best he could, givne the circumstances. It was definitely an minous warning of things to come.
