my greatest live fishbone experience was at this show in a small and probably now defunct club, the galaxy in westhampton beach on strong island, ny. before the bone came on, the big macho muscleneck bouncers came onto the floor and started yelling at everyone that there was to be no dancing. how fucking lame. they created a super negative atmosphere sitting on top of the anticipation of fishbone hitting the stage. negativity sitting on top of positivity. entropy motherfuckers!!!!! angelo came running out and dove on top of their fat heads to set things off and the skanking began. the bouncers began picking out the meekest in stature and manhandling them. one of those fuckers was me. if you were at that show i was the guy who climbed back into the club through the window onto the stage, dived back into the pit only to be singled out and thrown back out after a minor ass kicking by the bouncers, then personally escorted back into the show by angelo as fishbone played something that sounded like post cold war politics. check the lyrics....
